Hope Valley is a historic golf community in Central Durham, North Carolina. The neighborhood has 930 individual house lots built around an impressive championship golf course that has recently been renovated. The district is split between Hope Valley North and Hope Valley South with each community having its own individual Home Owners Association. Hope Valley Farms South includes the neighborhoods of Chownings Place, Eagle Ridge, Greenbriar, Heatherwood, Oakbrook, and Windsor Oaks. Real Estate in the south is primarily single-family homes built during the early development stages of the community. These homes typically have a ranch-style bricked model houses with three bedroom and two baths. The northern side of the neighborhood is a combination of classic luxury residences and newly developed townhouses.
